Somerset Maslak İstanbul is looking for a Guest Service Officer / Receptionist  to join our Guest Service team.

• Preferably University graduate,
• Good command of the English language,
• At least 2 years of experience in the field,
• Smiling, diction is correct, communication direction is strong,
• Able to work with a focus on guest satisfaction,
• Taking care of his or her appearance and personal care,
• Able to adapt to intense work tempo and shift working hours,
• Prone to teamwork, results-oriented, problem-solving, dynamic and adaptable
