Bellboy

• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms.
• Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
• Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Accor Standards.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Will complete any tasks of a Doorman or Valet Driver when required.
• Greets all guests passing through lobby and offers them assistance.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple task.
• Working with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Fluency in English is a must.
