– Provides effective responses to guest needs and reports daily guest feedback for optimal guest satisfaction.
– Handles all guest requests and needs during check-in, stay, and check-out processes.
– Graduated from relevant university departments.
– Proficient in advanced English, with German as a second foreign language.
– Experienced in the guest relations department of five-star hotels.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
– Capable of maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and quality.
– Highly competent in working carefully and meticulously.
– Friendly, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Pays attention to personal appearance.
