We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Golden Horn, which is part of the international Accor Hotels group. This position will play a critical role in helping the hotel achieve its sales targets and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
*Establishing sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them,
*Managing, training, and motivating the sales team,
*Strengthening customer relationships, maintaining the existing client portfolio, and working to acquire new customers,
*Collaborating with the marketing department to contribute to the hotel’s promotion,
*Implementing the hotel’s pricing policies, preparing marketing and sales reports,
*Evaluating sales opportunities based on customer demands and market trends,
*Managing the daily operations of the sales department effectively,
*Regularly meeting with the Sales Director to review performance and develop improvement strategies.
Aranan Nitelikler
*A degree in relevant fields (Tourism, Business, Marketing, etc.),
*At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing in the hospitality industry, preferably in a sales manager role,
*In-depth knowledge of all market segments,
*Experienced in active sales,
*Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies,
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills,
*Strong leadership and team management abilities,
*Analytical thinking, reporting, and problem-solving skills,
*Advanced level of English (preferred),
*Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
*Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours.
